Our fees are the same whichever of our counsellors you see. Every price includes VAT, and there are no extra charges.

Everyone starts with a free initial consultation at our practice on Emmerson Terrace in Washington. It is a chance to meet, talk about what has brought you here, and see whether this feels right for you. There is no commitment to carry on.
Sessions last 50 minutes. You pay by card when you book each session, through our secure payment provider, Stripe. We never see or keep your full card details.
If you need to cancel or move a session, let us know at least 48 hours beforehand and there is no charge. With less notice, or if you don't attend, the full fee is charged. Our working agreement explains this in full.
There is nothing for you to pay. Our team will book your sessions with you and explain how it works.
Talk to us. We can't always help, but we will be honest about what we can do, and if we can't help we will point you towards free or lower cost support nearby.
