Training

Mental health challenges are now one of the leading causes of sickness absence in the UK, costing employers an estimated £56bn each year

From reduced productivity to increased staff turnover, the impact on businesses is significant, yet often invisible. With nearly 1 in 6 workers experiencing mental health problems at any given time, there’s never been a more crucial moment to invest in wellbeing at work. At Lighthouse Therapy Group, we offer accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training and bespoke workshops that equip your team with the skills, confidence, and compassion to support themselves and each other. Whether you’re looking to create a mentally healthy culture or meet your duty of care, we’re here to guide the way.
